A land grant deed for a plot in San Bernardino, 1 April 1876. An official government document signed by Presidene Ulysses S. Grant. The deed describes 137 acres of land in San Bernardino belonging to A. C. Bronson, applied under the application number 138, Homestead certificate no. 18. The certificate includes an official wax seal at bottom left. The deed was entered and recorded in Volume 1, page 19 on 5 May 1876. The certificate is in good condition, acid burn from the wax seal and minor surface soiling.
