Description
A land lease document between William Banning and Peter Traub dated 13 December 1892. Banning leased land to Traub described in the third paragraph of the document. The term of lease was eight months whereby Traub would sow the land with barley to be delivered to Banning by railway. The document consists of two sheets pinned to a blue cover and signed by the two parties. The ink is in blue. The document is in good condition.
