Description
A lantern slide of Polytechnic High School, ca. 1900. The slide was produced by Charles Beseler Co. in New York. View from the street of two buildings next to each other. In the foreground are electric wire poles. Both buildings are in the Greek revival style. The building on the left has three stories with a large pediment framing the flat roof. The building on the right has two stories with a columned facade and domed roof. The slide is in good condition with some losses and abrasions to the adhesive labels.
