Description
A lantern slide, "Spanish Type House, California," from The Pageant oif America, Yale University Pres, 1925-1929. The image shows the front elevation of a two-story structure with an elaborate door surround, rough plastered walls, red tile roof and other indications of the Spanish Colonial Revival style. Some of the landscaping includes palm trees, other trees, bushes and shrubs. The title and source, a multi-volume set of books, are on labels flanking the image. With some soiling and rubbing to the frame, the condition looks good.
