Description
A large cabinet card photograph of a three people standing in front of a wooden clapboard home, ca. 1870s. At the far left is a man seated on a buggy with two horses hitched in front of him, a woman wearing a bonnet standins toward the center and at the right is another man standing next to a white horse. Behind the trio is a wooden clapboard home with an elevated porch and four columns upporting the awning. The roof is tiled and there is a huge pile of what appears to be either wheat or hay and is covered with a large cloth. Further at the background is another buggy and a row of trees and other structures, possibly a barn. With minor fading, stains, and abrasions, the photograph is in good condition.
