Description
A large format cabinet card photograph of a horse-drawn Los Angeles Fire Department wagon in motion, George W. Patterson, ca. 1910s. The image shows a black horse and a white horse pulling the wagon, on which there are two men at the reins and about a half-dozen others standing on running boards at the sides and rear. The roadway has streetcar tracks on it and there are portion of a couple of structures across the street. On the reverse is the photographer's stamp. Woth missing corners, pin holes, rubbing, and soiling to the matte, while the image has a small stain at the lower right and soiling, the overall condition is fair.
