Description
A large-format cabinet photograph of a float at La Fiesta de Los Angeles, unattributed, ca. 1890s. The view shows the horse-drawn vehicle, detached from an animal, parked at the curb in what appears to be a residential area, there being a house behind the conveyance. The buggy is covered with a profusion of flowers on the body, tongue and wheels. The photo has some small stains and soiling, primarily on its perimeter, while the matt has a missing piece at the upper right corner, edge rubbing and soiling, so the condition is fair.
