Entry/Object ID

Description
A letter (a) and envelope (b) from Ella B. Jones to Alice Watkins, 21 March 1928. Written from Los Angeles by one sister to another, living in Portland, Oregon, the missive refers to a lodge check for a funeral, as well as to relatives visiting in the area and the writer's hobby of weaving hooked rugs. The letter has some fading, light soiling and minor browning, while the envelope is pest damaged, heavily soiled, torn and stained, but the general condition is good because of the letter.
