A letter (a) and envelope (b) from Ernest C. Timmsey to Mrs. C. Timmsey, 10 May 1919. The missive concerns the likelihood of his shipping out for home and then an eventual mustering out, probably in Sepember, the prospect of seeing parts of France before leaving and his thoughts of his future employment. The letter is on Kinghts of Columbus Overseas Service stationery and the envelope has a censor's review stamp. With folds, creases and some soiling on the letter and the envelope partially intact with much wear, the overall condition is fair.
