Description

A letter (a) and envelope (b) from Manuel M. Zuñiga to Walter P. and Laura G. Temple, 8 May 1918. The missive from Temple's brother-in-law, married to Walter's sister Lucinda, concerned a possible trip from Zuñiga to California from his home in Clifton, Arizona; noted Lucy received news from Old Mission, probably related to oil developments; and noted that the youngest Temple, Charles, had a good job back in California (he spent some years with the Zuñigas at Clifton.) With folds, creases and very light soiling to the letter and edge wear, ink stains, light soiling and vreasing to the envelope, the condition of the former is good and the latter fair.
