Description

A letter (a) and envelope (b) from Manuel M. Zuñiga to Walter P. Temple, 27 June 1918. The missive is from the husband of Walter's sister, Lucinda, and is in Spanish. It mainly concerns an idea of Manuel's for Walter to buy a ranch near San Jacinto in Riverside County (where Walter's father owned a ranch in the 1870s) for bee-keeping with Zuñiga as foreman. With folds and light soiling, the condition is good, while the envelope with creases, soiling, and wear, is in fair shape.
