Description
A letter (a) with envelope (b) from Hunter and Camfield to Christian Sorensen, 15 November 1897. The letter, on the authors' real estate business stationery, concerns the interest of two women and a boy to rent out a property owned by the recipient and states the terms, inclding proposed rent and requested repairs. The envelope has an address, a preprinted return address, a two-cent cancelled stamp and a postmark. With folds, browning and some light stains, the letter is in good condition while the envelope is fair with stains, soiling, creases and pest damage.
