Description
A letter and blueprint for Lot 1 Block 5, New Windsor Square, Irving Blvd. and Second Street, Los Angeles, 28 January 1921. Blueprint(b) and letter(a) from Engineering Service Company. Letter is addressed to L. T. Shettler on South Hope Street, regarding a plat and its ground elevations. Blueprint includes locations of the property line, sidewalk, proposed locations of Cedrus Deodora and Coco trees along the sidewalk. The blueprint has minor tears at the top and folded marks but generally in good condition. The letter is printed onto thin paper, creasing and tears along the right edge, generally in fair condition.
