A letter and envelope from B.W. Jones in Venice, California to Walter P. Temple in Alhambra, California, postmarked 28 April 1921. In the letter, handwritten on a card (a), Jones states that her patient has improved slightly in regard to movement, but is still unfit to leave his bed. Jones asks Temple to visit, as her patient wishes to see him. With minor discoloration and smudged and faded text, the object is in good to fair condition overall. The envelope (b) has minor discoloration, minor foxing, and a minor acid burn. It is in good condition overall.
