Description
A letter by J. Bromson to Grover R. Russell, Los Angeles, California, 12 July 1912. On letterhead from The Gila Valley Bank and Trust Co. in Morenci AZ, it is explained that Mr. Bromson is not in a position to buy Mr. Russell's Orchard Dale property, and will not be for some time. Once he is able to invest he plans to do so in Los Angeles and will contact Mr. Russell at that time. With an acid burn, creases, holes, and rust, the object is in good overall condition.
