A letter from A.E. Engelhardt in Glendora, California to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 11 July 1915. A two page, handwritten letter on a letterhead for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company of San Francisco. In reference to Mr. Russell's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.888), Mr. Englehardt states that his company may trade for equity in the West Adam Street lot as long as they do not have to contend with expenses, a commission, or the digging of the trees. Mr. Engelhardt states that their nursery has about 4000 grapefruit trees and 2000 valencia. Mr. Engelhardt explains that he will be in the city the following Friday and can possbly visit the lot. With creases, the object is in good condition overall.
