Description
A letter from A.F. Rice in Huntington Beach, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 1 May 1914.
A typed letter asking for a descriptive folder for North Whittier Heights. A.F. Rice would also like to know if they have an agency for La Fortuna Farms. If so, he would like a folder for them as well.
There is an acid burn on most of the front and back, rust damage from a paper clip on the top, creases from the letter being folded, rodent damage on the bottom left corner, and abrasion damage on the back along the folds. This object is in poor condition overall.
