A letter from A.F. Rice in Huntington Beach, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 20 October 1914.
A typed letter stating that Mr. Rice has inquired in the past about North Whittier Heights. He did receive information he requested, however, he has misplaced the information. He would like to know the prices, terms, rates of interest and if a small exchange would be considered.
There are creases from the letter being folded, a small tear on the right side, general browning of the paper, discoloration on all sides, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in fair condition overall.
