Description
A letter from A.L. Havens in Seal Beach, California to Russell & Maple in Whittier, California. 12 October 1921. Mr. Havens explains that he has located lots 14 and 15, Block 10 in Naples, but that he has almost no knowledge regarding property values in that area. Mr. Havens states that a trade deal might be the best way to dispose of the lots, and that he would be willing to work with Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple to arrange one. With creases, moderate acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
