A letter from Albert M. Chamness to Grover T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 22 May 1915. Mr. Chamness confirms that he has received the picture of North Whittier/Happy Valley and suggests that he can return the favor when a new property goes onto the market. Mr. Chamness apologizes for his delay in payment, but notes that a money order has been enclosed with this letter. Mr. Chamness clarifies that he has not received the advertising matter which was mentioned in an earlier letter. With a small tear, staple holes, an acid burn, two folds from top to bottom and one from left to right, the object is in good condition overall.
