Description
A letter from Alberta D. Wilson to G.D. Maple in Whittier, California. 8 July 1922. Ms. Alberta states that she is enclosing a card with this letter which Mr. Maple had asked her to fill in. Ms. Alberta would like to know whether her ranch can carry an $8,000 mortgage and be sold at $17,500. Ms. Alberta would also like the opinions of the bank and Mr. Maple regarding how much she can get for the property. Ms. Alberta states that Mr. Maple can let the card stand unless she informs him otherwise. With creases, a fold, minor foxing, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
