A letter from an unknown author at Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California to Cunningham Realty Company, 4 August 1913. Responding to Mr. Cunningham's letter (object number 2017.41.1.141), they would be happy to have the Cunningham Realty Company help with the selling of land in North Whittier Heights. Commission is 5% of the sale price unless a buyer is simply referred to the Whittier Extension Company, then it is 2.5% and commission is paid once the 1/5 cash down is paid. With browning of paper, tears, and folds, the object is in good overall condition.
