A letter from an unknown author in Los Angeles, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 4 January 1915. A letter on letterhead from James R.H. Wagner stating that H.W. Whistler sold his orange ranch for $25,000 and is looking to invest in lemons or alfalfa. The top center reads "The James R.H. Wagner Co. / Real Estate." To the left is the phone numbers of Main 8160 and Home 60437. The right gives the address of 631 South Spring St. Los Angeles. The top lists the President, Vice-President and Treasurer of the company. There are creases from the letter being folded, a fold in the top right corner, browning on the left and bottom sides, and abrasion damage both front and back along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
