A letter from an unknown author of the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California to F.R. Ward in Los Angeles, California, 13 August 1913. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights and a booklet on tropical fruits is being sent to Mr. Ward. The land has been divided into 1.5 to 10 acre tracts and cost $500 to $800 an acre with land planted to avocados being and extra $250 an acre. Loan terms are given. With the pages glued together across the top and a light crease, the object is in good overall condition.
