A letter from an unknown author of the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles to J.L. Gastineau in Alhambra, California. 2 October 1913.
A typed letter in which the author makes another offer to take Mr. Gastineau out to the North Whittier Heights property. The Board of Supervisors and the Whittier Board of Trade has recently appropriated money to construct a road through Turnbull Canyon and North Whittier Heights. This means that the land in North Whittier Heights will increase in value once the road is complete. The author closes the letter with hopes that Mr. Gastineau will at least go out to look at the property.
There is discoloration on the right side, a piece missing from the bottom right corner, a small tear on the right side, a brown spot on the bottom, warping in the top left corner, and small creases (probably from being handled). This object is in good condition overall.
