A letter from an unknown author to a Louie Forshbloom in Los Angeles, California. 8 February 1915. The author states that A.B. Rogers has two Valencia lots that are 5.227 acres each. Mr. Rogers has an equity of $985.28 in both lots. The author recommends that Mr. Forshbloom trade one of his lots in exchange for the equity and balance of one of Mr. Rogers' lots if he desires either property. There is discoloration on the right side of the document. The object is in good condition overall.
