A letter from an unknown author to A. Buerkle in New York. 24 February 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Buerkle's earlier letter regarding the Whittier Heights subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1014) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and the planted lands as ranging from $700 to $1050 per acre depending on the location and or crop. The author outlines the terms of sale for the property, and states that Mr. Buerkle can send an associate to inspect the lands, refer to entities such as the Los Angles Chamber of Commerce, or visit the property himself to learn its merits. The author offers to provide more information at Mr. Buerkle's request.
