A letter from an unknown author to A.E. Inglehart in Glendora, California. 9 July 1915. The author inquires to see whether Mr. Inglehart would like to some of his trees for a $400 equity in the Robert Marsh West Adams Street tract. The author believes that the tract was originally sold for $1000. With minor tears, minor foxing, a small fold at the top left corner, and acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
