A letter from an unknown author to A.J. Osgood in Escondido, California. 22 July 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author confims that Mr. Osgood's previous letter regarding the North Whittier Heights subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1117) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 and the planted lands as ranging from $700 to $1100 depending on the location and/or crop. The author summarizes the terms of sale for the property and states that Mr. Osgood can send an acquaintance to inspect the lands, refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, or visit the subdivisions personally to learn their merits. The author offers to provide more information at Mr. Osgood's request. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the document together, stains, minor acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
