Description
A letter from an unknown author to A.L. Thompson in Los Angeles, California, 3 July 1913. Mr. Thompson was previously interested in Montebello property, but since most of that land is sold, the author is hoping to interest him in the North Whittier Heights subdivision. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots and Mr. Trowbridge will be in contact to answer any questions. With warping and discoloration, the object is in good overall condition.
