A letter from an unknown author to A.M. Chamness in Richmond, Indiana. 31 May 1915. The author confirms that Mr. Chamness' previous letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.859) has been received along with the money order that it was sent with. The author states that he has sent another bundle of folders to Mr. Chamness fearing that the first may have been lost in the mail. The author explains that the North Whittier Heights properties continue to sell well. The south has not been handled yet, but Mr. Chamness will be offered an early selection when the property reaches the market. With minor discoloration at the edges and a minor crease at the center, the object is in good condition overall.
