A letter from an unknown author to Ada [sic] E. Bryant in Pomona, California. 11 November 1916. The author has misspelled the recipient's name, Ida E. Bryant, as "Ada E. Bryant." The author confirms that Mrs. Bryant's earlier card regarding the North Whittier Heights avocado lands (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1220) has been received and that she will be sent a descriptive folder of the subdivision. The author explains that the lands range from $150 to $700 per acre, including a few properties that are smaller than 5 acres. The author states that the only additional literature he can recommend would be a book published by the California Avocado Association, and that Mrs. Bryant can write Dr. H.J. Webber to acquire one. The author offers to show Mrs. Bryant any of the lands at her request. With moisture damage, minor tears, and severe acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
