A letter from an unknown author to Albert Chamness in Richmond, Indiana. 1 March 1917. The author states that Mr. Chamness wanted to know when the valley land that is south of the North Whittier Heights tract became available for sale. The author explains that the property will soon be subdivided and offered on the market at $800 per acre with water. The author asks if Mr. Chamness would like to secure some of the land and if he desires to join the North Whittier Heights Citrus Association. The author also states that Mr. Chamness' orchard looks to be financially successful. With minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
