A letter from an unknown author to Albert Chamness in Richmond, Indiana. 18 January 1916. The author states that two receipts, one for Mr. Chamness' $600 payment on a 25 acre property and the other for a panorama sent by the author, have been enclosed with this letter. The author informs Mr. Chamness that his property at North Whittier Heights has been greatly improved, and that his lemon orchard in "Happy Valley" has not yet been offered on the market. The author states that he will send Mr. Chamness a descriptive folder of a promising grove of Valencia oranges in the North Whittier Heights subdivision. The author also offers to take Mr. Hamburg and his wife to see the grove. With moderate acid burns, ink stains, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
