Description

A letter from an unknown author to Albert Fink in Los Angeles, California. 12 March 1914. A typed letter in response to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.392) regarding the sale of Albert Fink's car. The author is offering Lot 89 or 90 of the West Adams and Washington tract, which is being sold by Kleinberger and Edwards. The lots have a 45 foot front and a 120 foot depth, and are the 10th and 11th plot from Adams Street. The lots were sold for $950 each, but are now being sold for $1100 to $1500 each. Soon West Adams will be paved, increasing the value of the properties. With the amount paid into these lots, the car would be valued at $375. The author invites Mr. Fink out to look at the properties to see if they can make a deal. There is a fold in the top right corner, a piece missing from the bottom right corner, discoloration on the right side, and small creases on the bottom and left side. This object is in good condition overall.
