Description
A letter from an unknown author to Albert N. Chamness in Richmond, Indiana. 22 March 1915. The author specifies that he is mailing Mr. Chamness a picture of the "cove" or "Happy Valley" section of the North Whittier Heights property which he expressed interest in and a bill for $2.30 that he must send to either the West Coast Art Company or the author's company. The author also promises to write to Mr. Chamness if anything develops on the property to the south of North Whittier Heights. With creasing, small tears, and two large folds on the left side of the document along with discoloration on the left and top edges, the object is in good condition overall.
