A letter from an unknown author to Alphonso More in Whittier, California. 14 May 1914.
A typed letter in response to an offer made by Alphonso More (object number 2017.41.1.484) for Mrs. Scharenberg's land. Mr. More offered his Family Theater for the equity of Mrs. Scharenberg's lot 48 at Orchard Dale. The offer has been sent to Mrs. Scharenberg, but she does not care to go into the moving picture business. She will consider a lot or lots in Whittier or Los Angeles or a house and lot on lot 57.
There is browning of the paper, a tear and folds in the top right corner, a tear and fold on the right side, and discoloration on the right and top. This object is in good condition overall.
