A letter from an unknown author to Alphonso More in Whittier, California. 9 May 1914.
A typed letter copy of a letter (object number 2017.41.1.484) which was sent in response to a request (object number 2017.41.1.470) requesting an exchange of a 10 acre orange grove for Mrs. Scharenberg's property in North Whittier Heights. Mrs. Scharenberg will not trade her property in North Whittier Heights for such land. She will sell her lot 57 for $4,000 on a cash basis or possibly exchange her equity for a clear lot in Los Angeles or Whittier.
There is a crease in the bottom right corner, creases on the left edge, browning of the paper, discoloration on the top and right side, and an acid burn on the top edge. This letter is in fair condition.
