Description
A letter from an unknown author to Amy Beckinsale in Ontario, California. 26 January 1916. The author has learned from Mr. Adams of Upland that Mrs. Beckinsale is interested in some citrus, avocado, and walnut properties in the North Whittier Heights subdivision. The author is sending Mrs. Beckinsale a descriptive folder of the subdivision, and suggests that a call can be arranged if she would like to be shown the property. The author mentions that there are also lands available in the Otterbein section. With moderate acid burns, ink stains, smudged text, a minor tear, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
