A letter from an unknown author to Andrew S. Lee in Venice, California. 3 June 1916. The author states that Mr. Lee's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1107) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivison. The author notes that there is also a new subdivision of hill and wooded canyon lands in which properties are available for $200 to $350 per acre. The author states that properties on the main slope range from $700 to $800 per acre while the low rolling foothill lands range from $450 to $650 per acre. Further, the author states that his firm can provide and or plant avocado trees for Mr. Lee. The author offers to show Mr. Lee the district at his request. With minor foxing, a minor fold, and minor acid burns. the object is in good condition overall.
