Description
A letter from an unknown author to Arthur R. Chenoweth in Alhambra, California. 19 November 1917. The abbreviation "GTR:G" near the signature line may refer to Grover T. Russell. The author recounts that his company's office had just received a visit from Mr. Chenoweth, who wanted to take second look at properties which the author had shown him at an earlier date. The author states that he will call for Mr. Chenoweth on Thursday so that he can be taken to the properties again. With ink stains, minor acid burns, a minor tear, a folded corner, minor discoloration, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
