Description
A letter from an unknown author to August Kemper in Bunker Hill City, 14 June 1913. The water system for North Whittier Heights is nearly complete, 150 acres have been planted with citrus trees and almost all the level ground has been planted with vegetables. If Mr. Kemper is still interested in property, now would be the time to buy because prices will increase 20 June 1913. The author is taking a prospect out to the property on the 22nd of June and would love for him to join. With holes from a straight pin, warping, early signs of foxing, and creases, the object is in good overall condition.
