A letter from an unknown author to B.B. Richmond in Santa Monica, California. 12 April 1915. A two page, typed document. The author confirms that Mr. Richmond's card about the North Whittier Heights citrus and walnut subdivision has been received and that he will be sent the requested folder. The author lists the prices of unplanted lands as $450 to $800 per acre and planted lands from $700 to $1,025 per acre. The author notes that he and his constituents expect to subdivide a townsite on part of the property and that the North Whittier Heights boulevard has been completed. The author suggests that Mr. Richmond can refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce or arrange a tour of the land to learn the merits of the property. Mr. Richmond can also call the author's office for more information. With adhesive in the top left corner which is holding the two pages together, some smudged text, slight wear, and minor acid burn on the edges, the object is in good condition overall.
