A letter from an unknown author to Bob McKenna in Puente, California. 28 May 1917. The abbreviation "GTR/W" near the signature line may refer to Grover T. Russell. The author states that there are still leaks in the pipe line for his property, lot 39 in tract 2421. The author asks for Mr. McKenna to fix these leaks before the next irrigation or to come and inspect them at that time.
