A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Black in Cheyenne, Wyoming. 11 November 1914. A letter in response to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.660) regarding the 70 acres for sale and request for more maps. 4 descriptive folders will be mailed with a separate cover letter. The 70 acres is not owned by the owners of North Whittier Heights but by a private individual. When looking at the map, the blue pencil marks the 70 acres and the yellow pencil marks the 11 acres of lemon grove. The letter is closed with an offer of 2.5% commission should Mr. Black drive business the authors direction. There are holes in the top left corner from a straight pin, discoloration on the top and right side, creases from the letter being folded, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
