Description
A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Black in Ogden, Utah. 4 November 1914. The author was thinking about the amount of commission Mr. Black would make for the sale of the 70 acres in the La Habra - Whittier. He says the commission might seem small. The author is confidant that the owner would be willing to ask for more than the $25,000 asked and that Mr. Black should ask his client if he is willing to pay an extra $2,500. There is a small tear on the right side and general browning of the paper. This object is in good condition overall.
