A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Black in Ogden, Utah. 8 December 1914. A letter stating that the author will reach out to Mr. Pexton regarding the 70 acres for sale in La Habra - Whittier. Also, he has not heard from Mr. Crossen of Chateau, Montana. The letter is closes with a statement that the author will keep Mr. Black posted on the progress with Mr. Pexton. There is general browning of the paper, light creases on the left side, abrasion damage on the left edge, and discoloration on the top, bottom and right side.
