A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Reed in Los Angeles, California. 13 April 1914.
A typed letter in response to a call requesting more information on North Whittier Heights. A descriptive folder will be mailed under a separate cover letter. The author invites C.A. Reed out to North Whittier Heights if he is interested in planted groves or unplanted land which he can develope into "citrus groves that pay." There is no obligation to buy if Mr. Reed goes out to view the property.
There is an acid burn on the bottom left corner, fold of the top left corner, creases on the top and bottom right corners, a hole at the top, and a stain (possibly glue) around the hole. This object is in good condition overall.
