Description
A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Sawerwein in Los Angeles, California, 10 June 1913. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent to Mr. Sawerwein, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots. If he bought 5 acres and planted to citrus trees he could make an independent living in 6 to 7 years and the land, if cared for properly, will be worth $3000 an acre. Names and address for Chas. H. Shaw and A.E. Whitey are at the top indicating that this letter was sent to them as well. With holes from a straight pin, discoloration, rust, creases, pieces missing, and an acid burn, the object is in good overall condition.
