Description
A letter from an unknown author to C.A. Verity in Pomona, California. 13 April 1917. In response to Mr. Verity's earlier letter (Objet ID: 2017.41.1.1314), the author states that he may be able to get a particular owner of a walnut orchard to consider an exchange deal for Mr. Verity's income business blocks, and asks for details regarding the blocks. The author also suggests that he and Mr. Verity can cooperate on a commission if Mr. Verity directs buyers toward the orchards in the Puente and Whittier section or at North Whittier Heights. With minor acid burns and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
